Concert : Lowland Brothers + Early James au Camji à Niort
Saturday May 17 at 20:30 p.m.
3 Rue de l'Ancien Musée 79000 NIORT
LOWLAND BROTHERS, the first eponymous album by the group led by Nico Duportal (vocals, guitars, lyrics), Hugo Deviers (percussion, guitar, lyrics) and Max Genouel (bass, keyboards) builds a unique transatlantic bridge between soul, rock and the woody sounds of Americana.
A unique voice of contemporary folk-blues, EARLY JAMES is a singer, composer and guitarist. He is supported by Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys and draws inspiration from Tom Waits and Fiona Apple. His album, "Strange Time to Be Alive" (2022) is a poetic, dark and humorous musical patchwork in which he explores the absurdity of the world around him with fierce energy and rare sensitivity.
