Exposition "l'Angélique, de la terre à l'assiette" à Port Boinot à Niort

From January 25 to March 9, 2025, discover the exhibition of the Séchoir in Port Boinot: Angelica from the earth to the plate. An educational, photographic and video exhibition on the angelica of the Marais, created by the association for the promotion of angelica Niort Marais Poitevin which will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year. The objective of the exhibition is to present this local plant heritage valued by the association for 25 years through its various actions by its history, its preservation, its research, its culture, its transformation in cuisine.
