in a more limited but nevertheless friendly and fun format – organized by the TGCMC Association, with the support of the City of Niort.
This year, the Festival is moving to the city center and taking over two iconic locations, the Patronage laïque and the Villa Pérochon – as well as a public facility, the Barra gymnasium, which will be transformed into a barbershop!
Holy spirit of the Great World Council of Clowns, all styles will be there, the mute and the talkative, the intimate and the thunderous, those who seduce and those who disturb, clowns for children and those for adults... all of them!
