- leather workshop, making leather purses for adults and children,
- medieval board games with alquerque, merelle, the fox and the geese, the tablut,
- innkeeper presentation of riveted mesh making,
- wood turner with a pole lathe 13th century,
- weapons rack presentation,
- Executioner with his pillory,
- presentation of surgical instruments and spices (Sunday).

- 11 a.m. archery and crossbow demonstration on target,
- 15:00 p.m. presentation of the Templar and Hospitaller orders, description of outfits and weapons,
- 17:00 p.m. sword jousting.
