After the triptych Pars-Cours towards the Sea, the rOUSSe continues its navigation towards the Ocean and offers: Let's throw ourselves to the O! This festival of in situ creation is the meeting place for edges of Sèvre, to share a summer party offering an artistic look in an enchanting and preserved environment. La rOUSSe offers a visual arts and performing arts program, free, popular and for all audiences!

Festival “On s’Jette à l’O”

Let's throw ourselves to the O! An event that offers live together un remarkable site and invites local artists, from here and elsewhere, to create on site.
The Roussille : a space that the rOUSSe association knows well, it is established there and it is there where the final of Course towards the sea (3 editions).
A place that brings us together with the inhabitants of St-Liguaire and the surrounding area.
A friendly meeting where audiences meet and artists in love with Roussille, this heritage place around a hydraulic work : the lock and its architectural and natural environment where the Sèvre flows… A time of creation for the ephemeral and artistic enhancement of this natural and protected site.
This project is part of our common territory, a partnership is underway with the city of Niort and desired with the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park, Drac, FDVA, department 79, the region and local cultural actors and entrepreneurs.

Program :

Opening of the installation of Martine Hoyas and the exhibition “Passerelles » on Friday July 12, around 19 p.m.

First dive, on Thursday August 29 for the site to open from 19:00 p.m.
Free visit: performances and music before the illumination.

• Friday August 30 and Saturday August 31 will be offered from 18 p.m. to midnight: Session yoga in the morning surrounded by nature; performances, in the tradition of Par-Cours vers la Mer; concerts night shows and sound installations; The “Marais Tour Bus” of Cie Caus'Toujours for offbeat visits, on July 12 and August 30.
