A covered and private wooden terrace of 12 m2 with table and garden armchairs. A living room of 20 m2 with kitchen area, lounge and TV, bathroom and separate WC. A mezzanine in the room with a 120 cm bed. An independent bedroom of 12 m2 opening onto the terrace.
Wifi access. Closed bike room. A leisure area 20 m from the gîte with private port (boat and canoe available to travel the village canals).
Picnic area and private car parking. Walking and cycling trails at the foot of the gîte.
Shops and Tourist Office in the center of the village, 5 minutes on foot.
