The cottage is located in the village of Arçais, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin.
On the ground floor, living room of 25 m2 with kitchen area, lounge, TV, WC and washing machine. Wifi in the gîte. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with mezzanine and additional bed. WC and a bathroom for each bedroom. A 40 m2 patio with fireplace, barbecue, dining area and lounge.
A leisure area 20 m from the gîte with private port (boat and canoe available to travel the village canals). Picnic area and private car parking. Walking and cycling trails at the foot of the gîte.
Shops and Tourist Office in the center of the village, 5 minutes on foot.
