Our cottage is located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park, in Arçais, a small village labeled ''Petite Cité de Caractère''.
Holiday home of 92 m² in total for 4 people. It is possible to accommodate 1 additional child at no extra charge.
On the ground floor, in an area of ​​70 m²: a kitchen, a living room and a lounge, television (multi-channels and canal +), internet and telephone.
Upstairs :
– a 22 m² attic bedroom with 1 140 cm bed (2 people) and 2 90 cm beds (1 person),
– a bathroom (shower, sink),
– an attic mezzanine area with 1 90cm bed (1 person), ceiling less than 1,80m, very popular with children.
Outside: a private enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, space for 1 car.
The house is located in the center of an alley. Calm and rest assured.
Close to major regional tourist sites.
