Gîte Passiflora

The Passiflora gîte is part of a group of 3 gîtes including parking lots and buildings and is located on a plot of 2700 m², on the outskirts of the village of Usseau (Val-du-Mignon) 100m from the village square and shops .
The facade of the gîtes overlooks our house.
Ground floor: large exposed stone room with an American-style kitchen, a sofa bed and a living room with fireplace. The toilets are under the wooden staircase.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and sink.
Outside: small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
A 200m² enclosed relaxation area is available for the 3 gîtes. There is an above ground swimming pool 1m20 high, it is an 8 of 7m maximum by 4m. Water filling is dependent on prefectural restrictions.
