Gîtes de la Fricaudière – Gîte Bien-Etre (G 228)

South of Niort, the well-being Gîte of Gîtes de la Fricaudière is an old building where stone and wood have been preserved and embellished - which gives it the theme of Gîte de Charme of Gîtes de France. It takes its name from the bright space where you can relax alternately in the jacuzzi and the sauna.
With family or friends, you have 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom/wc, including one for 4 people. You find yourself in the huge living room (75 m2), equipped with a “high-end” kitchen (American fridge, Lacanche cooktop, dishwasher, 2 ovens, granite worktop, etc.), 2 large dining tables and a lounge area with video projector/large screen and home cinema.
