392bis is a charming house, an 1885 barn renovated with organic and ecological raw materials: stone, steel, wood, concrete coated with earth and hemp blend harmoniously to offer a soft and warm living environment.
The house consists of a large living room, open kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet. Let yourself be carried away by the song of the birds by the heated swimming pool from June to September – lunch on the 80m² landscaped outdoor terrace with fountain – stroll in the 5300m² property garden.
A covered courtyard is attached to park 2 vehicles sheltered from the sun. The Gîte is located in the center of the locality of “Ternanteuil” 400m from the 2th century Coudray-Salbart castle, overlooking the banks of the Sèvre and XNUMXkm from Échiré (village with all shops) renowned for its butter made in churns in drink.

Weekly rental only in high season.
Linen and cleaning package of €180 extra.
A deposit of €800 must be paid on arrival and is returned on departure.
