Access by external staircase. Balcony-terrace (16m²) with small garden furniture overlooking the garden (deck chairs).

The first cart of wood is free (2 evenings), the next is €5, Internet via WIFI), washing machine in a room located on the ground floor, bedroom (12m²-1 160 cm bed, baby bed), bathroom, toilet. Bed made on arrival. Bathroom and household linen provided. Heating with condensing boiler included in the prices.
