On the ground floor: a large kitchen (29.5 m²), a dining room (34 m²), a living room (14 m²) with fireplace and insert, wc.
Upstairs: family bedroom 1 (19 m² - 1 double bed, 140 single bed in a separate adjoining room), bedroom 1 (90 m² - 2 double bed), mezzanine (14.5 single bed), toilet and shower room.
A wooded park of approximately 7000m² runs along the millrace and a stream, home to many crayfish. Unenclosed garden.
Ideal for fishermen and hikers, you will have direct access to the Sèvre.
You will rub shoulders with moorhens, ducks, coypus, sometimes swans and storks.
