Description

Cited for the first time in 1, the village was renamed Symphorien during the Revolution. The town can be proud of having seen the birth of the ancestor of Lyndon Baines Johnson, 980th president of the United States: Pierre-François Creuzé, born in 36, persecuted Huguenot, emigrated to England, then to the Americas.

Happy hiking and remember that you are not alone on the trails you are about to travel. We therefore invite you to respect nature: avoid picking flowers and plants, do not leave any trash behind, respect inhabited places, stay on the trails, keep dogs on a leash.
