Sylvie's cheeses are a team effort! We raise 150 Alpine goats fed on our farm's produce. We transform our milk every day into Mothais-sur-feuille, ingot, chabi, carré, tomme (a double medal winner at the Paris Agricultural Show), and also into yogurt and dessert cream.
We are present at the Niort market halls on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
We also welcome you to the farm, and, a little something new; we offer a “farmer drive” service to buy our products at any time!
