West Appart'Hôtel offers, for short or long stays, 2 types of rental with all comforts, from 1 to 6 people, well insulated / 3 Clévacances keys.
About 1 hour from Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, close to Marais Poitevin, 5 minutes from Niort and 30 minutes from La Rochelle.
Weekly rental: studio 25 m2 (1-2 people, 1 double bed) from €65/night or apartment 50 m2 (4-6 people, 2 separate bedrooms + 1 large living room with sofa bed) from €115/night.
Monthly rental: preferential and decreasing rate depending on the length of stay (contact us).

Our rentals have a separate bathroom and WC, a fully equipped kitchenette, an office space and an 82cm flat screen (+ 1 TV in each bedroom of the apartments).
Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
Entry by digital code.
Video surveillance.

Free Wi-Fi.
