A charming house in a unique setting, in the heart of the village of La Garette, 20 minutes from Niort town centre.
This characterful market garden, recently restored as a guest house, is called "Le Trèfle d'eau".
With its 310 m2 of living space, typical market garden stone walls and 1,400 m2 of green space on the edge of a conche, this house will provide you with peace and comfort at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin.
It has 3 guest rooms (one of which is a suite), a gîte and a spa and sauna for you to relax in.
After a good night's sleep in our guest rooms, you'll be served a breakfast of homemade and local produce in the dining room or in the courtyard overlooking the marsh.
You'll also appreciate being just a few minutes from Niort, La Rochelle, Nantes and Bordeaux.
