L'Atelier de l'Excellence Echiré

A Niort Agglo facility, the Echiré Atelier de l'Excellence consists of 3 parts:
- The shop/museum: with a "cabinet of curiosities" exhibiting the history of Echiré butter, the producers, the stages of production and Echiré products. All 5 senses are invited to enjoy an immersive experience, for young and old alike. The shop also offers a selection of the best local products, all of which use Echiré butter.
- The workshop: a fully-equipped workshop area will host baking and pastry-making events from early 2023. Professionals and private individuals will be able to bake with Echiré butter.
- On the garden side, a real place to relax and socialise.
