The Birds of the Marais Poitevin, Ornithological Park

It's an 8-hectare natural area in the heart of the wild marsh, where over 70 species of birds from the Marais Poitevin and domestic animals created in the Poitou region are on display. Information panels and introductory birdwatching modules are available along the discovery trail to help you recognise them. You can also learn to recognise the trees and wild plants of the wet marshes. At the end of the visit, a film will take you over the landscapes of the Marais Poitevin and you will discover the birds of this region in their intimacy. A labyrinth awaits you, punctuated by educational panels on migration.
